Biomass

Mecore produces raw materials for the chipboard industry based on recycled wood. With this we support the circular economy.

Poorer qualities of recycled B-wood are processed into biofuel for power stations and district heating. This is the CO2 neutral alternative to fossil fuels and thus contributes to the climate objectives.

Europe is our working area. We export from port locations in Amsterdam  and Bremen, Germany. We can produce any conceivable specification at these locations. So we have the supply chain and quality completely under control. These locations also serve as hubs for barge to coaster shipments.

We also source biomass from other countries in Europe. With this we offer our customers a logistics concept with sourcing from different geographic areas and market conditions and thus a high security of supply.
